Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump is a historic site that is located 18 km from Fort Macleod, Alberta. The jump has been used by aboriginal people for over 5,000 years and remains an important site for the Blackfoot tribe. The Interpretive Centre offers a variety of educational programs that recount the history and significance of Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump and the people that used it for thousands of years.
