The Empress Theatre
This historic theatre is a gem in Alberta's south. Built in 1912, the facility still hosts a range of live theatre, movies, concerts and more. Small and intimate with surprisingly good acoustics. Past performances have included Sarah Mclaughlin, the Northern Pikes and Fred Penner. Visitors can enjoy a guided tour in the summer. Summer drama camps for kids are also available.
